Antonio Conte is the heavy favourite to take over at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following Nuno Espirito Santo's sacking, according to the bookies.
The former Chelsea boss is 1/7 with Grosvenor Sport while former AS Roma boss Paulo Fonseca is 9/1 despite his tactical approach and attacking style of play rumoured to have cost him his job when Fabio Paratici intervened.
Conte, who left Serie A champions Inter Milan in the summer, was previously linked to the Spurs job before Santo was appointed.
The start seemed to have given the impression it was the right choice given their 100% start in August including an opening day win against Manchester City at home and Santo picking up the Manager of the Month award.
