However, due to new Tier 4 lockdown restrictions in many parts of the UK, some Next store opening times have changed.

Stores in England and Wales under Tier 4 are only open for click and collect or online returns. While all stores in Scotland are only open for online order collections and returns. All stores in Northern Ireland are also temporarily closed under new restrictions.

Next has confirmed: "In line with the latest guidance, shops in tier-4 areas are now only open for "click and collect" and online returns.
"We are operating extended Christmas hours in many of our shops that remain open."

The retailer kicked off its sale early, starting at 3pm on Christmas Eve online for eager bargain-hunters.
Members of deals-sharing website hotdeals.com shared the news, posting: "Starting 3pm tomorrow online and in stores on Boxing day Covid tier system permitted. Most will be click and collect now as more stores go into tier 4 on Boxing day."
Despite nationwide restrictions shoppers still flocked to stores on Boxing Day, with people in Tiers one, two and three able to go shopping for non-essential items like clothing and homeware.
