Robinson Property's Mike Flook is taking interest on two very different developments in the heart of The Junction.
Four Torrens Title "executive" townhomes, constructed by award-winning builder Phil Bush, at 44-46 Kenrick Street are expected to be finished in approximately eight weeks and each have guides around $2 million.
They have all been individually designed and have four bedrooms, European appliances, stone bench tops/splashbacks, a mixture of light oak or European tiled floors, unique inside/outside alfresco areas with a Japanese teppanyaki grill and have a focus on passive design.

The other development is Astoria to be built at 101-302/36-38 Kenrick Street. It will comprise eight "super luxurious" residences, a residents' pool plus communal areas. Apartments are two to four bedrooms with two to three car spaces and prices range from $1.2 million to $2.45 million.
"They are a next level of finish to come to The Junction," Mr Flook said. "The four town homes are perfect for anyone from the downsizer, professional couple to those with older children. They're a good, spacious floor plan with separate living, three bathrooms and good quality finishes.
"Astoria, I see this as a completely different market altogether, and you just can't buy that type of product in The Junction.
"It will be perfect for those who want to nestle themselves right in The Junction and they're going to be eight stunning apartments."
Both developments are footsteps to The Junction Shopping Village, cafes and restaurants.
