Next Celtic manager odds including Arlene Foster and Gerry Adams

The search is on for Celtic's next manager following Neil Lennon's resignation.

Lennon's exit was confirmed by the club on Wednesday morning.

It comes following a disastrous season for the Scottish champions, and just days after a 1-0 defeat to Ross County.

The market appears to be wide open as far as a successor to Lennon is concerned.

Paddy Power have John Kennedy as their 6/5 favourite - he is currently in caretaker charge of the club following Lennon's departure.

Former Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is 3/1 second favourite.

Next it's Belgium boss Roberto Martinez at 4/1 followed by Scotland manager Steve Clarke (6/1), while ex-Chelsea chief Frank Lampard is 15/2.

Rafa Benitez is 10/1, with Manchester United legend and former Celtic player Roy Keane at 16/1.

Stretching further down the odds you can get former Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill at 33/1 and namesake Martin - a former Celtic manager - at 20/1.

Brendan Rodgers is ranked 66/1 to make a Parkhead return, while former Northern Ireland international and ex-Motherwell boss Stephen Robinson is 100/1 with SkyBet.

Meanwhile, in typical Paddy Power fashion there are some real outsiders.

DUP leader Arlene Foster is 500/1, the same odds as Ian Paisley Jnr and Gerry Adams.
