Each year shoppers set their alarms for the middle of the night and flock to Edinburgh's shops in a bid to land themselves a top Boxing Day deal.
And queues outside Next – stretching along Princes Street – tend to be commonplace.
So for those keen to give up their post-Christmas lie-in, the Boxing Day bargain battle is well worth getting up for.
In Edinburgh Next stores will open at 6am, so long before the sun has come up for the day.
Shops will stay open until 6pm – so there's 12 hours to fill your boots with cheap trousers, shirts and jumpers.
On Friday and Saturday shops will be open from 9am to 7pm, and on Sunday Next stores will open their doors at 10am before closing at 6.30pm.
Next also have stores at Fort Kinnaird, Straiton and the Gyle.
