Newspaper reveals classroom violence

An investigation into classroom violence by the Western Daily Press has revealed a series of startling startling facts. Children as young as four are being excluded from schools in Gloucestershire. A six-year-old in Swindon was suspended for fighting. A boy of five in Bath was expelled. In Bristol, the number of children barred from schools for bad behaviour is three times the national average.
