A California appeals court has overturned a lower court's ban on the Orange County Register reporting a trial in which the paper is a defendant. The judge decided that the previous order violated the constitution. The paper is being sued by 6,000 newspaper carriers, claiming a total of $100m (£54m), for alleged unfair labour practices.
