News reporter left in stitches after suffering epic voice crack live on air

Everyone has that one moment in life that was so embarrassing it makes you physically cringe when your brain randomly decides to replay it on a Tuesday afternoon.

It usually happens at school or work where we forced to face the people who witnessed it day after day, but eventually you're able to start the recovery process and move on.

But a news reader is going viral after he shared his own mortifying moment that took place on live air in front of thousands of people.

Marcello Cuadra, a morning anchor and multimedia journalist at KPLC news, hinted that he's been determined to prove himself on the US station as much of the audience believe him to much younger than he looks.

Marcello decided to take ownership of the moment and shared it on TikTok himself (tiktok.com)

But he perhaps did himself no favours in a recent segment of The Fox 29 Morning Show, with the clip racking up more than 3.6 million views after Marcello shared it on his TikTok account.

With the cameras rolling, the presenter prepares to launch into an update about President Joe Biden's oil and gas policy, but comes out with an epic voice break that results in a bizarre high pitch noise instead.

He manages to regather his composure before breaking in a laughter at his own misfortune, and his co-presenter is seen struggling to hold it together behind a huge smile.

Being a good sport, Marcello uploaded the video with the caption: "Thinking about the time my voice cracked on air in front of thousands of people who think I'm 12 years old."

His followers said they "died of laughter" at the clip, as one commented simply to say: "On the FIRST WORD."

A second wrote: "That was the hardest fight of her life trying not to laugh, I would have lost it."

And another added: "'eEE' I felt that man, I'm 25 going on 12 with how often my voice cracks."
