News of the World 'had no wish to upset the complainant'

Among the latest list of "resolved complaints" announced by the Press Complaints Commission is this case...

Watkins v News of the World

Complaint: Jane Watkins complained to the PCC that the newspaper had persistently questioned her in a manner that breached clause 4 (harassment) of the editors' code of practice and published an inaccurate account of her comments that breached clause 1 (accuracy) and clause 3 (privacy).

Resolution: The newspaper did not accept that it had breached the code. However, it had no wish to upset the complainant, and the complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the permanent removal of the article from the newspaper's website.

Should that not read "the permanent removal of the paper's website and the paper"?
