Newmains have brought in six new stars as they gear up for the new West of Scotland League era.
Midfield trio Bryden Nolan, Andrew Frodsham and Sean Power have arrived along with forward Greg McPake and left-back Kieran Brass.
Central defender Scott Cumming has also returned for a second spell at United.
Co-manager Craig Gupwell was keen to add more faces as part of the Victoria Park recruitment-drive.
He said: “We’re absolutely delighted to get the six signings across the line. Like every other club the circumstances have made it difficult to do any business.
“But we identified areas in our team where we felt we had to strengthen and targeted players for those positions.
“Each player who has signed has shown a real hunger and desire to come in and improve our squad.
“We’re not quite finished our business yet and have a few more boys coming to train with us when we get the green light to start back.”
