Kate Garraway returned to work this morning at Smooth Radio in London and she was a whole stone lighter.
The presenter and journalist's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! stint saw her shed a stone and she looks incredible.
Arriving back at Global radio headquarters, 54-year-old Kate presented her first national show since her three-week break Down Under - which saw the host brave several stomach-churning Bushtucker trials.
She looked stunning in a bright outfit as she showed off her rather slimmed-down figure, wearing a silk red blouse and fuchsia pink trousers.
Kate's voluminous blonde hair sat perfectly and she grinned happily at cameras as she settled back into her reality again.
A "welcome home" banner was spotted outside of the HQ for Kate's return and she was pictured outside of the building looking overwhelmed.
She was also joined by fellow campmate Roman Kemp , 26, who made his return to work on Thursday to host Capital Radio's Breakfast Show.
The pair shared a hug and looked delighted to see each other after parting ways on their way home from Australia.
The stunning GMB presenter says she got an almighty shock when she looked in the mirror after exiting the camp.
Speaking after enjoying a shower at the Palazzo Versace hotel, Kate said: "I think I learned I'm braver than I think I am. I'm stronger than I think I am.
"But I was a bit shocked when I got into the dressing room and looked in the mirror.
"I thought 'Oh, my God!' –because you don't see yourself. There is no mirror in the jungle.
"They weigh you before you go in and they weigh you when you come out and I've lost a stone… I was really eating in there as well, so rice and beans is kind of the way to go."
