Newly single Vanessa Feltz is glowing on night out with pal Trinny Woodall after split

Newly single Trinny Woodall and Vanessa Feltz beamed as they posed together at a glitzy book launch.

Beauty expert Trinny, 59, has been pictured for the first time since it was reported she has split from Charles Saatchi, 79, Nigella Lawson's ex husband, who she was with for 10 years.

Meanwhile Vanessa, 61, revealed last month that she and fiancé Ben Ofoedu had broken up after 16 years together. Ben then confirmed he cheated on her eight years ago, and more recently sexted one lady and flirted with another, leaving Vanessa heartbroken.

The former Radio 2 presenter has since spoken of her determination to live life to the fullest, and looked joyful as she posed next to Trinny, at the launch of Elizabeth Day's new book Friendaholic: Confessions of a Friendship Addict, in Mayfair, London.

Vanessa wore a short sleeved blue dress with a foral pattern, black tights and blue boots, while Trinny rocked culottes with a snake skin design, a silver top and black coat, with Doc Martin style shoes.

The pair posed with their arms around each other, looking comfortable in the plush surroundings.

Friends of Trinny, known for her early noughties fashion shows with Susannah Constantine, say she and Charles wanted different things, and she grew tired of their life together.

Mega rich businessman Saatchi - whose 10-year marriage to Nigella Lawson ended in 2013 - got together with Trinny after they called it quits.

Now, time has reportedly been called on Charles and Trinny too.

Trinny felt it was "time to move on" after a happy decade with the art collector and advertising guru, who is reported to be worth around £100 million, a source said.

A source told the Sun : “Their age difference started to become an issue. Charles wants to slow down.

“He prefers quiet evenings at home while Trinny feels the opposite. She feels she’s in her prime and wants to be out and about.”

This week, Trinny sparked speculation that she and long-term lover have called it a day with a series on social media posts.

The former What Not To Wear host posted: "It’s a new day, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new life." She went on to say: "I have been moving but now I have moved.

Currently enjoying a skiing holiday in France, she posted from her chalet seemingly confirming the split.

"I have looked out at this view for the last 30 years of my life, she said in an emotional post.

"It’s the one consistent view I have ever had. Recently with the big life change and moving house it was important for me to come back here with (daughter) Lyla and family just to have that moment.

"Listen to the birds, be at one with nature. Very healing."

The fashion expert and Charles started dating ten years ago after his first wife Kay Hartenstein reportedly created a short list of women who he might want to date.
