Newly single Kris Boyson flashes abs in first post since Bianca Gascoigne split

Kris Boyson has got fans hot under the collar with his latest Instagram post only a day after news broke of his reported split with Bianca Gascoigne.

The 32-year-old is said to have split with the model because their busy schedules left no time for romance.

However, the personal trainer, who is also the former boyfriend of Katie Price, will have little-to-no problem attracting attention if and when he chooses to return to the dating world if his latest post’s comments are anything to go by.

Kris posted an image to his almost 100,000 followers wearing nothing but white boxers and having his rippling abs there for all to see.

The image from his latest calendar has sent fans into overdrive. Many fans flocked to the post to leave fire emojis and shower him with compliments like calling him “handsome”.

One cheeky commenter even asked if the image could be moved “just a tad lower”.

The calendar is helping to raise money and awareness for suicide charities.

Kris wrote in his post: “Thank you to everyone who helped raise money for an amazing cause by buying this calendar.

This month Kris shared snaps of his celebrating his birthday (Instagram)

“Suicide is real and these charities do an incredible job. Please reach out and talk to someone, you are NOT alone!

“This is what (cropped) February looks like.”

The cause is close to his heart after he previously admitted to being in a dark place and struggling with suicidal thoughts.

He told New! magazine in 2019 that his anxiety was so bad that he was forced out of a job and left with feelings of “ominous doom”.

He added that he thought the only way out of his “nightmare” was to run in front of a car.

“That was rock bottom. I thought it would end the pain. Thankfully my cousin intervened to stop me,” he said.

“I wasn’t thinking about suicide, I just didn’t want to feel how I felt any more. I wanted the pain to stop.”

Kris has since said that exercise helped him to save his life.

He has created a fitness app called Koach Kris which has a section dedicated to mental health.

If you're struggling and need to talk, the Samaritans operates a free helpline open 24/7 on 116 123. Alternatively, you can email jo@samaritans.org if you'd prefer to write down how you feel
