She reportedly ended the relationship over the phone after the pair isolated in separate homes during the coronavirus lockdown.
"Jesy and Chris split up a couple of weeks ago," a source told The Sun.
"It was all very amicable and they're still really good friends."
The source added: "Jesy rang Chris and led the conversation about their relationship and both agreed that it felt like it had run its course - they're both absolutely fine."
Despite claims of a mutual breakup, Chris appears to be struggling with the decision and has said on social media that he suffering from insomnia and anxiety.
