How to watch Newcastle vs Tottenham: Kick-off time, TV channel, live stream details & team news

Tottenham head into this weekend’s clash with Newcastle on the back of a much needed victory at home to Aston Villa and an international break.

Spurs had started the season strongly under new head coach Nuno Espirito Santo, winning their opening three games which included a 1-0 victory over reigning Champions Manchester City. They then slumped to three straight losses before the win over Aston Villa ahead of the international break.

Tottenham currently sit in eighth, however it is largely contested at the top with just four points separating Spurs from top of the league Chelsea at the start of the match week.

Newcastle head into the game as one of four teams in the league yet to register their first win of the season. The Magpies currently sit in 19th under Steve Bruce, picking up three points from seven games so far.

It could be a slightly different atmosphere for Spurs on the road though, with Newcastle fans buoyed by new ownership last week that saw scenes of many celebrating outside the stadium. St. James’ Park may be more hostile with supporters behind their team more than usual.

With all that in mind, here’s all you need to know ahead of the match.
