Liverpool will conclude a historic season at St James Park on Sunday after finally getting their hands on the Premier League trophy.

An entertaining 5-3 win over Chelsea was the precursor for their trophy presentation, Jordan Henderson lifting the prize to end the club's 30-year wait.

The records for most points and most wins may pass them by, but the Reds should see out a campaign for the ages with victory over Newcastle.

The match will be behind closed doors at St James' Park with no fans due to be present due to government guidelines regarding coronavirus.
