Venue: St James' Park
Date: Saturday, 22 December, 2018
Kick-off time: 3pm

Fulham are looking to move off the foot of the Premier League table when they travel to Newcastle on Saturday.

A dismal performance at home to West Ham last weekend left the club still winless under Claudio Ranieri.

Newcastle won just their fourth game of the season away at Huddersfield last time out to move them away from the relegation zone. Fulham realistically need a victory to avoid being sat bottom of the league on Christmas Day.

Team news

Fulham are hopeful Ryan Sessegnon will be fit to face Newcastle at St James’ Park on Saturday.

The 18-year-old missed the 2-0 defeat by West Ham at Craven Cottage with a groin strain, but the problem is not thought to be serious.

Kevin McDonald is also hoping to return from a thigh injury.

DeAndre Yedlin will serve a one-match suspension after his red card against Huddersfield with Kenedy ruled out with a foot injury.
