Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin labelled ‘difficult to play with' after Wolves win

Jamie Redknapp has suggested Allan Saint-Maximin would be a “difficult” player to play alongside. The Frenchman is enduring a mixed campaign for Newcastle United but has shown signs of rediscovering his electric best in recent weeks.

In previous seasons, the Magpies were, at times, over reliant on Saint-Maximin but increased investment has shared the burden throughout the team. Reports even linked the 26-year-old with a possible move to AC Milan in January.

His pace, trickery and unpredictability make him one of the most exciting players in the Premier League. However, former Liverpool midfielder Redknapp believes Saint-Maximin’s erratic style can work against Newcastle.
