Losing should not really be an option for Newcastle United when the Canaries come to St James' Park.
Defeat would see United six points adrift at the bottom of the table with 24 games left to play and relegation would be looking on the cards.
Victory, however, changes things significantly as it would lift Newcastle off the bottom on goal difference and put them back in touch with a clutch of sides fighting to avoid the drop.

The Magpies will not get a better chance than this to pick up that elusive first win of the season and first victory since May.
I don't think attacking intent is the issue at the moment but defensively Newcastle will need to improve.
On Saturday Newcastle had a go in the first half but crumbled after the break at Arsenal and the outcome was what many predicted.
They can't afford any more slip-ups in games they should be winning though.
Here, however, I can see Newcastle kick-starting their season - hopefully in style.
