Newcastle United will welcome Liverpool to St James' Park on Saturday looking to seek revenge for their dramatic 2-1 defeat at Anfield in August.

The Magpies have gone 17 Premier League games unbeaten since Fabio Carvalho's 98th minute winner condemned Newcastle to their only league defeat of the season.

Liverpool collected their first league victory of the calendar year with a 2-0 triumph over Everton in the Merseyside Derby on Monday. Jurgen Klopp's side had previously suffered heavy defeats at the hands of Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively.
