Dubravka was ruled out of the original fixture but the three month lockdown period offered him the chance to back to full fitness and take his place between the posts for the Blades.
Steve Bruce selected soon to be out of contract right-back Javier Manquillo in his back four and Jamaal Lascelles was picked days after becoming a father again.
Nabil Bentaleb was only named as substitute meaning Isaac Hayden got the chance to partner Jonjo Shelvey.
And there were starts in the attacking third for Miguel Almiron, Allan Saint-Maximin and Joelinton.
Matt Ritchie passed a late fitness test after a knock.
Both Sean and Matty Longstaff were ruled out through minor injuries.
Bruce was also able to rely on Andy Carroll on the bench while Dwight Gayle was available after a slight knee concern.
