Newcastle United supporters have given their thoughts on Eddie Howe's line-up to face Manchester City ahead of their Premier League clash at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon.
The Magpies boss has made three changes to the side that lost in the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley to Manchester United last weekend and is trying to reclaim lost ground to the reigning champions in recent weeks.
Nick Pope is called upon in between the sticks while Sven Botman lines up alongside captain Jamaal Lascelles who replaces Fabian Schar with Kieran Trippier and Dan Burn either side of the central pair.

It should be no surprise that the midfield trio of Sean Longstaff, Joelinton and Bruno Guimaraes all retain their places in Howe's XI while Miguel Almiron and Anthony Gordon, who replaces Allan Saint-Maximin, start either side of Callum Wilson.
The Frenchman does make an appearance on the bench alongside Martin Dubravka, Matt Ritchie, Matt Targett, Alexander Isak, Javier Manquillo, Jacob Murphy, Joe Willock and Elliot Anderson.
Many fans took to social media to discuss the line-up, with many highlighting Gordon's involvement as well as the return of captain Jamaal Lascelles.
