Newcastle United reveal their new third kit for the 2019/20 campaign

Newcastle United have revealed their third kit for the 2019/20 campaign.

The Magpies will wear the new orange kit for selected away trips across the new campaign, with the same colour-way through the shirt, shorts and socks.

The shirt contains a graphic of the St James' Park roof, which depicts the structure of steel and glass that reaches out over the Milburn Stand and Leazes End.

Newcastle captain Jamaal Lascelles modelled the new third kit alongside Swiss international defender Fabian Schar and Wales international left-back Paul Dummett, as the club dropped the new kit on social media on Tuesday afternoon.

The announcement of the third kit comes just days after United unveiled their green away kit - which they wore for the first time during Saturday's defeat to Preston.

It remains to be seen whether the Magpies will don the third kit tonight against Hibernian at Easter Road as Steve Bruce oversees Newcastle's fourth pre-season game of the summer.

Kit sponsors Fun88 will be emblazoned on the front of the third kit as the club enters the final year of its current sponsorship deal with the Chinese online gaming company.

The kit will go on sale at nufcdirect.com  and in stores alongside the club’s new away kit on Thursday, August 1.
