Newcastle United have released their official team photograph for the 2019/20 season.
Steve Bruce and his squad are all smiles but despite keeping senior members of the Toon roster around the club's Benton base, some chose to sit out the photo session
The likes of Jack Colback and Jamie Sterry did not get squad numbers this season after failing to find loan moves and were left out of the squad but have continued to train with the first team.
But both are not in the picture.
Yet that wasn't the case for Henri Saivet - who is in the same position (no squad place or number) - and was happy to be included in the annual team snap.

It is believed that Colback did not want to be involved in the picture while Saivet was happy to pose for the shot despite his uncertain future.
The streamlined picture also features less staff members than usual with an array of staff members left off this year's picture and only Bruce's immediate back-room team and the club doctor in the image.
This term's picture - unlike some previous years - features merely first team members.
Although, the last time that a manager featured his reserve team players and second string staff was Steve McClaren in the 2015/16 season.
