Newcastle United 's poor start to the new Premier League season continued this weekend with a 4-1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Two goals from the returning Cristiano Ronaldo and strikes from Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard put the Magpies to the sword in Manchester after Javier Manquillo had equalised in the second half.
The result leaves Steve Bruce 's side 19th in the table and without a win in their opening four games, with questions again being raised about the manager's future at St James Park.
