Newcastle United fans have urged the Premier League club to target Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder.
The 53-year-old, who guided his beloved Blades back into the top flight two seasons ago, is set to leave Bramall Lane after close to five years with the Championship-bound club.
Having won a second promotion in 2018/2019, Wilder - who took charge when they were in League One - steered the red half of Sheffield to a ninth-place finish in the Premier League last season.
However, despite making several multi-million pound signings in the summer, the Blades have been rooted to the foot of the table from the get-go this time around.
They are 12 points adrift of fourth-bottom Brighton & Hove Albion with 10 games left to play.
Meanwhile, Newcastle have edged closer to the danger zone in recent weeks as Steve Bruce's side remain just a point clear of the Seagulls - but would Wilder be a perfect fit at St James' Park?
Here is what a selection of Newcastle fans have had to say about the Sheffield United manager.
@gw850 said: "I'm unsure on Chris Wilder. He seems to be one of those who works well as the underdog with a limited budget. Some of his big money signings have been horrendous, and they've arguably regressed since playing under him. Still better than Bruce though unfortunately."
@JustinTerrett posted: "I'd 100% take Wilder at Newcastle. He would be perfect to bring us back up!"
@Edit_Kev added: "As long as Wilder doesn't want a break, I think he'd be an excellent fit for Ashley/Charnley's preferred type of manager. I hope the stars align and he's the boss in a fortnight."
@Carl_cumbrian said: "I'd take Chris Wilder 110% at Newcastle. He has suffered this year with not having a decent out and out striker. He would transform our club. Sack Bruce right away and get this man in!"
@Tiley11 posted: "Sheff Utd get rid of Wilder. Odd decision. Probably already gone. NUFC on the other hand stick with someone who has a worse record in last 18 games and at a serious risk of the drop zone, with no change in fortunes looking likely."
@jjNUFC added: "If we got relegated, Wilder would make sense."
@SquidPlaysFifa said: "He's struggled this season, but he has been using a below average Championship team and they've still been alright in a lot of games I've seen. They just struggle to score goals with their shocking attacking options."
@Yennarow posted: "Plenty time to get Wilder in and make a difference."
@Danielwoodward6 added: "Now there is a manager I'd take at NUFC in Chris Wilder. I bet he's a right **** to some players, but some NUFC players could do with a kick up the **** as they continue to be played even though they aren't good enough."
