Newcastle United fans are all looking forward to seeing the gloves taken off against Arsenal.
Manager Steve Bruce claimed pre-match that he was not going to pull any punches with his players anymore after a disappointing run of form that culminated in a woeful defeat to Sheffield United.
Bruce has named eight changes, the first time a Newcastle boss has made that many in Premier League history.
In what looks like a back four, the Magpies look set to set up differently to how they have done recently.
With Bruce proclaiming pre-match that his gloves are off with the players, Magpies fans were all repeating the line after seeing the line up.
It comes after Bruce let rip at his team over their performance after their dismal display against Sheffield United.
The manager declared he will not be paying attention to players' concerns and instead be doing things his way.
He said: "The gloves are off now and we will do it my way.
"We were absolutely frigging hopeless the other night; we were absolutely s***. Unfortunately that’s happened a little too often in my 18 months here; it was nowhere near good enough for the challenge ahead. Maybe it’s a mentality thing."
He continued: "It (changing to a back four) is something I’ve toyed with since I’ve been at the club.
"We’ve played a certain way in the past to try to make sure we get the results we need. I’ve let them be comfortable. But, like I say, the gloves are off now. I’m going to do things the way I see fit. We’ll do it my way."
