Here are your Newcastle United evening headlines for Monday, January 11th.

Jetro Willems teases reunion

Jetro Willems has teased supporters about a return to Newcastle United once again with his latest comments about the club.

The Dutch international quickly endeared himself to the Toon Army with a string of impressive displays after signing on a season-long loan in the summer of 2019.

"I am not getting involved in Steve’s situation - he’s a brilliant manager and I don’t think anyone can begrudge him taking that job," he said.
