Newcastle United away and third kits 'leaked' - and fans give strong reaction

The alleged leak of Newcastle United's away kits for the upcoming season has prompted a mixed reaction on social media.

The Magpies confirmed their new home strip on July 23 and donned the new edition of the black-and-white stripes for the final day defeat to Liverpool.

Sponsored by Fun88, the kit features thinner stripes and received the seal of approval from Allan Saint-Maximin in a club statement.

However, an announcement is yet to be made on United's change kits for the new campaign.

The suspected second and third strips have been shared online by FootyHeadlines, claiming to give fans a "first look" at Puma's alternative jerseys for the 2020/21 season.

The away kit looks to have a lime-green colour to it, with a dark navy trim and a single button collar. For the third strip, the Magpies will don a purple graphic shirt with lime green logos for the sponsor and the badge.
