Newcastle United are close to agreeing a deal for Nice winger Allan Saint-Maximan - according to claims in France.
The Magpies remain tight-lipped on the deal with Steve Bruce refusing to get carried away with suggestions until he has the player alongside him at the training ground.
But French reports are suggesting that the 22-year-old has agreed an €18million move and a six-year contract.
Watford have also been interested in the winger but Bruce will hope that a deal can be completed after admitting publicly that he liked Saint-Maximin last week.
