Newcastle team news - Magpies make two changes as fight for survival goes on

Joe Willock returned to the starting line-up for Newcastle United for tonight's clash with Leicester City.

The on-loan Arsenal man replaced Sean Longstaff despite the midfielder's resurgence in recent weeks.

Bruce also brought in Emil Krafth in place of Ciaran Clark as the Toon boss tweaked his defence.

United stuck with Jonjo Shelvey in midfield with the Londoner named skipper again.

And despite a dip in form Miguel Almiron also retained his place.

Bruce had options such as Joelinton, Dwight Gayle and Andy Carroll on the bench.

Newcastle went into the night looking to make amends for a poor show against Arsenal last weekend.

UNITED : Dubravka, Murphy, Krafth, Fernandez, Dummett, Ritchie, Shelvey, Willock, Almiron, Saint-Maximin, Wilson

Subs : Gillespie, Clark, Lewis, Manquillo, Hendrick, S Longataff, Carroll, Joelinton, Gayle
