Scream is being shown at Newcastle's popular Tyneside Cinema to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary.
It might not be one for the faint-hearted, but this screening of the influential 90s slasher will certainly make for a night to remember on Tuesday, October 12.
The cult Wes Craven film, featuring the notorious ‘Ghostface’ mask, will be shown at the Tyneside Cinema in 4k - meaning the quality will be better than when it was first released in 1996.

The special event will take place in the cinema's Roxy screen at 8.40pm, giving horror fans the chance to see the classic ahead of the release of a new Scream film next year.
Tyneside Cinema says bookings are already proving popular since tickets went on sale this week, with the 90-seater screening predicted to be a sell-out.
Andrew Simpson, head of film at Tyneside Cinema, said: "We’re very excited to be bringing back one of the most influential, era-defining horror films of all time to a 2021 audience.
"The film has been beautifully restored to celebrate the 25 th anniversary of its release and its never looked as good - or been as scary!
"We’re sure it will be as thrilling for our audience today as it was 25 years ago.”
The age rating for the film is 18. Tickets are £10.75 full price and £4.95 for Young Tyneside members.
