The QC leading Newcastle United's legal battle against the Premier League has revealed his favourite Premier League team.
Nick De Marco, who alongside Shaheed Fatima, is heading up the arbitration with regards to the attempted Saudi-led takeover, made the admission on social media.
Perhaps not surprisingly, it's Newcastle.
Commenting on England's Euro 2020 game against Ukraine, De Marco posted that it was like watching 'Barnsley v Macclesfield' compared to that of the Belgium and Italy quarter-final that took place on Friday night.
That game finished 2-1 to Italy and was end to end with either side looking likely to win it while England's game was an easy 4-0 win.

A fan responded to De Marco's tweet urging him to support Newcastle, while another fan commenting on the QC's support for QPR but De Marco set the record straight.
' Newcastle are my favourite team in the Premier League," he posted.
De Marco has become something of Toon favourite on Twitter with posts that have been labelled cryptic - with some fans looking for any hope that his efforts in the courtroom are set to prove successful and allow the Saudi-led takeover to go through.
Arbitration against the top flight is believed to start later this month - and early this week the club released a statement urging it be held in public.
