If you have a 'cool' mam, you can help her 'chill' out in style this weekend as Newcastle's own Ice Bar is offering them free entry.
In case it's escaped you, it's Mother's Day this Sunday and if you're still not sure how to treat the most important lady in your life, how about doing something a bit different with her?
Lonewolf Ice Bar , which has proved massively popular since opening at Stack in February, is treating mams, mums and mothers across Newcastle to a freebie on Mothering Sunday.
And the offer not only includes free entry to the Ice Bar, but also complimentary cloak and glove hire, and an Ice Shot (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
The offer is available when two adults pay in full price and is only available on Sunday, March 31.
The eyecatching sculptures inside the bar have been created by Glacial Art, the company responsible for ice features in Game of Throne s, whose experts have hand-carved them all out of more than 20 tonnes of ice.
Inside the bar, visitors will find plenty of photo opportunities, such as a giant ice throne and full-size snowmobile to pose on; a huge skier in action carved out in 3D effect; and Christmas trees, wolves and stags to admire as they sip their drinks and enjoy the music.
