Newcastle restaurant's bottomless brunch includes Bloody Marys and Bellinis

Bottomless brunches are the thing of the moment at restaurant-bars around Newcastle with their offer of free-flowing fizz proving a hit with customers.

And now Terry Laybourne's wine bar-cafe St Vincent, just off the Quayside , is getting in on the act - with a view to going one better with a Sunday brunch offering which includes four boozy options to accompany the food.

Bottomless prosecco is also there among the £20 limitless options but customers wanting something a bit different can pick from bottomless Bloody Marys, Bellinis or Mimosa cocktails too.

The offer is available at the Broad Chare venue every Sunday between 10am and 3pm to those dining from its brunch menu, with a minimum spend of £10.

St Vincent, which Laybourne opened in his old Caffe Vivo premises last September, serves up tapas-style dishes in a continental atmosphere.

Among the offerings on its brunch menu are hot and cold dishes, pastries, buttermilk waffles.

Diners choosing the menu will have their table for a two-hour period during which they can enjoy limitless glasses of their chosen drink.
