There will be a slice of pop perfection to bring the curtain down on Newcastle Pride this weekend.
In a return to home turf for Geordie girl Michelle Heaton, Liberty X will bring the curtain down on Newcastle Pride, or Northern Pride to give it its official title, on Sunday.
This year's event will get going in epic style with a Bongo's Bingo Pride special with Booty Luv and Big Brovaz.
And then the even will go up a notch on Saturday with the huge , which will make its way through the city centre and up the the main festival.
The Newcastle Pride lineup this year includes Fleur East, Saara Aalto and Liberty X, but there are many other artists lined up to entertain too.

Liberty X
Brit Award winners who scored a number 1 with Just a Little in 2002 and also had hits with the likes of Got to Have Your Love and Jumpin'.
The group will be at Pride as a three piece with Kelli, Michelle and Jessica.
Boulevard
The Newcastle cabaret club has just kicked off its summer season to great acclaim and Danni Dee and the Broadway Dancers will be on the Pride stage.

Former Union J singer turned leading man in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Michael Rice
