Preparations are now well underway for this year's Newcastle Pride with the event now taking shape as it descends on two locations.
Newcastle Pride, or Northern Pride to give its official title, will take over both Town Moor and Exhibition Park from Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21.
This year's event will get going in epic style with a Bongo's Bingo Pride special with Booty Luv and Big Brovaz.
And then the even will go up a notch on Saturday with the huge , which will make its way through the city centre and up the the main festival.
The Newcastle Pride lineup this year includes Fleur East, Saara Aalto and Liberty X, but there are many other artists lined up to entertain too.

Former X Factor runner up and I'm A Celebrity contestant, famous for hit single Sax and her cover of Uptown Funk
