Newcastle United have re-signed former Arsenal defender Stefan O’Connor.
The 22-year-old centre-back was released in the summer on a free transfer.
But he has now returned to the club on a short-term deal.
O’Connor, who can also play at right-back and in midfield, is currently overcoming an injury.
But Newcastle are looking after him as he tries to get back to full fitness.
The 6ft 1in player has been spotted watching recent U23 games and a series of players have liked his Instagram post of him posing in this season's Toon shirt.
