Newcastle city centre has no shortage of places to get a bite to eat.
Sadly, not all of them are spotless.
In fact, there are almost 20 restaurants currently in possession of either a one or two star food hygiene score.
Two of those - Breadpoint and the Rani Indian Restaurant - are currently waiting a new score following a reinspection.
However, according the the Food Standard's Agency website, there are many more with a less than desirable score.
