Newcastle club World Headquarters to host 90s rave on a school night!

If you need little encouragement to go back to the 90s and aren't afraid of partying on a school night, there is an event happening in Newcastle this week that should be your cup of tea.

We're in an era now where the 90s can officially be considered retro and city centre nightspot World HQ are throwing things back in serious style with Back to the Nineties which, as well as sounding like a cracking night, is raising money for the Future Sense Foundation.

Taking place on Wednesday, March 27, ticket holders are being told to expect "90s bangers all night."

The online event teaser reads "Its fair to say the Nineties had the finest tunes, best tracksuits and maddest raves.

"We aim to re-create the nostalgia of the 90’s dance scene, playing all those original club anthems that every knows and loves.

Music wise you can look forward to all things 90s which means a mix of trance, house, jungle, techno, disco, garage and R&B.

If you fancy it, post your names on the Facebook event wall to get in for a reduced price of £3. Standard entry is £5.
