An early morning wind change from the south will make for a cooler day on the beach. Onshore winds and small choppy conditions with and increase likely during the afternoon. Swell From the East to S/E at 1 to 1.5m. Wind fresh South to S/E. May find some cleaner waves at a few spots that handle both wind and swell direction. Try along the beach at Nobbys for the early. Bumpy rights at South Bar and Merewether. Fingal and One Mile up at Port Stephens during afternoon. Catho to the south. Cooler current is back and slight sweeps on lower tides.
