Onshore wind flow set to continue for today but not as strong. Small low popped up in the Tasman which is moving quickly to the east and has produced some swell for next couple of days. Swell from the South at 1.5m. Wind South tending S/E to East during afternoon. Strong sweeps running to the northern corners has displaced some sand that has been building up on the shorebreaks. Early high tide so try Cowrie and Merewether. Dixon and Pogos as tide goes low. Dudley,Caves and Catho to the south. One Mile up at Port Stephens. Only go to patrolled beaches if not a strong swimmer. Water temp 19C
