Onshore winds for today with a dominate high pressure system. Winds will start to ease and swing by the afternoon. Choppy and bumpy conditions during the mornings incoming tide.
Swell from the south at 1.5m. Wind starting off from the south then tending south-east to east.
Not a great deal of quality and best to surf around the fuller tide. South Bar and Merewether for the early and then Flatrock late morning. Dudley and South Catho down the coast. One Mile and Fingal to the north. Southern corner of Nobbys sanded up and slight sweeps on run out tide.
Beaches are patrolled and swim in flagged areas.Water temp 18C.
