Light winds again for today with clean conditions early before seabreeze comes in. Long period swell is slowly dropping but still some good set waves on the mornings run out tide. Swell from the S/E at 1 to 1.2m. Wind North to N/E tending S/E to East during afternoon. Banks at most beaches spreading the morning crew out and first up try Newcastle beach, Dixon and Pogos. Merewether and Nobbys on late morning low tide. Burwood, Redhead and Caves to the south. Samurai and Birubi up at Port Stephens. Warm current and crystal clear in for a swim at the patrolled beaches.
