Clean offshore conditions for today and swell is starting to drop so most beaches to improve.
Direction has straightened up favouring the northern facing breaks and reefs. Swell from the south to south-east at 1 to 2m. Wind light north to north-west shifting to the south late. Full tide for the early with reefs at Flatrock, Bar Beach and Merewether okay. Dixon and Nobbys on run-out tide. Redhead, Frenchmans and Catho to the south. Birubi and One Mile up at Port Stephens.
