BEACH WATCH
Onshore winds for the next few days due to high pressure off the coast. Increase and change in swell direction which may bring some shorebreaks in the southern corners on the fuller tides. High tide first up for the early. Try the reefs at Cowrie and Merewether; shorebreaks South Bar and Pogo's; Nobbys on mid-day low; South Catho and Caves down the coast. To the north try One Mile and Seals Rocks. - Dave Anderson
