Mainly shorebreaks on offer as swell isn't quite big enough for the outside banks and reefs to work. Light and variable winds and some clean conditions though slightly bumpy for the morning. Swell a combination of East and South at 1m to 1.5m. Wind from the North to N/E. Shallow early low tide with the shorebreaks off Newcastle Beach and Pogos suiting conditions best. Cliff, Merewether and Flatrock late morning. Burwood, Redhead and Frenchmans to the south. One Mile and Birubi to the north. Sweeps in southern corners on low tides and clean and clear in.
