Inland low pressure moving out off the coast to the south should result in some offshore winds over the weekend. Most beaches have good clean conditions as banks are lining up better and favourable morning incoming tides. Swell from the S/E to East at 1 to 1.5m. Wind North to N/E tending N/W. First up try Newcastle Beach, South Bar and Dixon in front of car park. Merewether and Cowrie on high. Burwood, Redhead and Frenchmans to the south. One Mile and Buribi to the north.
