Onshore weekend coming up and surf conditions pretty much the same as the last few days. Winds not as strong and may find some cleaner conditions in the morning but on Sunday. Swells swinging between South to S/E at 1.5m. Wind out of the S/E tending East. Choppy full conditions for the early and try Cowrie and shorebreaks at Pogos and Merewether. Nobbys Bank on mid day low. Dudley and Catho to the south and One Mile to the north. Sweeps in the southern corners and some beaches may have red flags up so check before swimming at patrolled beaches. Water temp 21C. - Dave Anderson
