Cowrie and Bar Reef on the full tide. Burwood, Dudley and Frenchmans to the south. One Mile and Birubi up at Port Stephens. Tides not as big today and swimming conditions have improved. Southern corners slight sweeps and swim between the red and yellow flags. Water temp 20C. - Dave Anderson
